What prompted you to begin Pilates?
Sam:
My friend Paul had been practicing Pilates for quite a while and he had been wanting me to start for many years. Finally I went to the studio and observed a session of his with Amy and signed up. I have been practicing since!

How has Pilates effected your life?
Sam:
Pilates has kept me feeling more mobile and flexible, stronger in my core, legs and arms and it has helped me with balance
Zoni:
Pilates has helped my back and my hip and it has kept me out of surgery I feel so much stronger from continuing with Pilates
What is your favorite Pilates exercise? and why?
Sam:
Breathing (the exercise!)
It helps me feel lengthened and strong and it is an exercise on the Cadillac
Zoni:
Bottom Exercise (on the Cadillac)
It helps my back and hip feel better
