What prompted you to begin Pilates?
I began Pilates as another extension of my desire to become healthier. As an avid golfer also knew that Pilates would help my overall game.
How many years have you been practicing Pilates?
What are some of the most influential or important reasons you continue with your Pilates practice?
Overall health, continue focus on strengthening my core and staying limber as I get older. It also benefits my golf game.
How has Pilates effected your life?
It has allowed me to become stronger and more limber. Overall Pilates gives me the confidence that as I get older I can still be able to go pretty hard at the golf ball and know that my core is strong as well as having the foundation to protect me.
What is your favorite Pilates exercise? and why?
Child's Pose, because I knew it would make Hannah laugh and it allows me to give her a shout out. In all seriousness, I don't know if I have a favorite, I just know I like the benefit of all the exercises within my hour session and love the way my body feels when my session is over.
