What prompted you to begin Pilates?
I wanted to improve my health and lose weight. I was searching for exercise that was challenging and restorative.

What are some of the most influential or important reasons you continue with your Pilates practice?
Practicing Pilates has made me stronger and healthier. My body’s increased strength and flexibility improves every area of my life. Suzie and Hannah’s encouragement and coaching keep me coming back to push myself, even on those days when I’m worn out.
How has Pilates effected your life?
Pilates has given me strength and confidence. Confidence that I can master things I didn’t possible and confidence to keep challenging myself.
What is your favorite Pilates exercise? and why?
The Full Pike. It was scary and seemed impossible when I first tried it. Now, I feel a sense of achievement each time I practice it.
