What prompted you to begin Pilates?
I am very active playing ice hockey, golf, hiking and fly fishing. Pilates reduces injuries to my body and keeps me flexible. This allows me to perform at a higher level.
How many years have you been practicing Pilates?
In April it will be 9 years with Amy!
What are some of the most influential or important reasons you continue with your Pilates practice?
Pilates helps me reduce stress. After every session I thank Amy for the way I feel. Stress relief is important to me due to running two companies. In addition, I am looking forward to having a healthy and active life as I grow old gracefully!
How has Pilates effected your life?
Pilates has been a blessing to my mind and my body! I truly believe it has allowed me to stay healthy, active and enhance a positive relationship with my spouse and children. It allows me to live the life I choose to live! Thank You Amy De Sa!!!!!!
What is your favorite Pilates exercise? and why?
My favorite exercise is the Hundred because it focuses on my abdominals. My core development has been a key factor in my health and active lifestyle. I also have to say I love a good Push Through it focuses on my lower back, shoulders, abdominals and stretching my hamstrings. Love, Love, my Pilates guru Amy De Sa!
